I initially responded to an advert for a property in one area and when we realized that this property was not suitable for my needs, they immediately referred me to another property that suited my budget and requirements in a sought-after area, They were deeply knowledgeable of the suburb and current market trends and helpful throughout the process of the purchase. They even offered to find me a suitable tenant knowing that I had bought the property as an investment property and was looking for market-related rental returns. Zain and Nelen were professional in their dealings with me and the conveyancer and would respond quickly if we had a query or tried calling. They proactively kept me in the loop with the process so that I knew how far the process was along the way.
